Programme fees
Your programme fee is set by your child’s level on joining and fixed for the whole stage.
The rate you join at is the rate you keep.
Applies to every subject the student takes. Kept during a paid freeze; students who leave and later rejoin are charged the prevailing rate.
Moving from Sec 4 to J1 starts a new stage at the J1 rate.

Lessons run two hours, ten per subject each MOE term. Programme fees by level are set out in the Olga Programme Fees Guide 2027, available on request from admin@olgaed.com.

Trial lesson
Trial lesson · once per subject. A full lesson with a regular class. Credited to the first term’s programme fee on joining.

Term programmes follow the MOE calendar. Each term programme covers one subject for one MOE term — ten weekly lessons, used within that term.
Programme fees are settled one week before the term begins. The place is confirmed on payment.
Term programme fees are non-refundable. A paid freeze keeps your locked rate. See the Terms & Conditions.
One absence per term, with 48 hours' notice. Notify us 48 hours ahead and the lesson is credited to next term’s fee. No make-up lessons. Other absences count as lessons taken.
Lessons cancelled by Olga are never deducted.
Classes run on public holidays. There are no lessons during Christmas week.
Holiday intensive programmes run in the March and September school holidays and are purchased separately.
Class chat groups For quick questions — timings, venue, what to bring. Concepts, marks and progress are handled in lessons and the termly one-to-one.
