Teach somewhere that takes teaching seriously

We're a small learning community in Singapore, not a chain. If you would rather know twelve students well than lecture two hundred, we should talk.

What it's like to teach here

You teach from our own curriculum

Not a photocopied assessment book. Notes, worked examples, practice papers and mark schemes written to the SEAB syllabus — and you help improve them.

Small groups, students you know

You will know every student's name, what they struggle with and how they learn. That is the whole point of the place.

Teaching is treated as a craft

We keep a running teaching diary — what failed in class, why, and what we changed. Improving how we teach is part of the job, not something you do in your own time.

Who we hire

We don't always have a vacancy posted, but we always read a good application. These are the roles we recruit for.

Subject teachers

Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (including A-Maths and H2), Lower Secondary Science, and English. Most teaching sits Wednesday to Sunday.

Self-study supervisors

Running supervised study and helping students build the revision habits the programme is built on — a good fit for strong graduates who are not yet full-time teachers.

Curriculum and systems

Writing our own notes, practice papers and mark schemes, and building the tools that produce them. We write everything we teach from.

How our hiring works

We publish this because you deserve to know what you're walking into — and because parents deserve to know the checks are real.

  1. 1

    Application

Send your CV. We look at qualifications, subjects and availability, and come back to you either way.

  2. 2

    Assessment

A conversation about fit and experience, then a teaching demonstration or subject test. Two reference checks.

  3. 3

    Suitability and compliance

A signed Declaration of Suitability, a right-to-work check, and preparation of your MOE teacher registration. Nobody teaches unsupervised before MOE registration is approved.

  4. 4

    Offer and contract

A written offer, a contract, and Key Employment Terms issued within 14 days of your start date.

  5. 5

    Onboarding

Child Safety and Confidentiality acknowledgement signed before your first class, accounts and timetable set up, and probation goals agreed and shared with you.

Send us your CV

Tell us which subjects and levels you teach, your availability, and one thing you have changed about how you teach in the last year. That last one matters most to us.
